Job description

Product Manager (Power Distribution Equipment)

Location: Enoch, Utah
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year
Training: Approximately 7 months in Korea beginning September/October 2026

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Product Manager to join our growing team in Enoch, Utah. This position offers a unique opportunity to receive extensive training at our Korea headquarters for approximately seven months before transitioning into a key leadership role supporting our U.S. operations.

The Product Manager will oversee the technical performance, quality, and reliability of power distribution products, including Molded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCB) and Air Circuit Breakers (ACB). This role serves as an important link between our Korea R&D teams and our U.S. manufacturing and engineering operations.

What You'll Do

  • Manage product specifications, performance standards, and product lifecycle activities
  • Review product quality and reliability throughout manufacturing and field use
  • Lead root cause investigations and troubleshooting efforts for product issues
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain technical documentation, quality records, and improvement history
  • Serve as a technical liaison between Korea headquarters and U.S. operations
  • Support alignment between product design and manufacturing processes

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of electrical or power distribution equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to conduct basic electrical and mechanical testing
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering drawings

Preferred

  • Experience in product engineering, manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, or R&D
  • Knowledge of quality improvement tools such as FMEA, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis
  • Familiarity with UL standards and ISO 9001 quality systems
  • Experience with ERP, PLM, or MES systems
  • CAD experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
  • Korean/English bilingual skills are a plus

Training & Travel Requirement

This position requires participation in a comprehensive training program in Korea for approximately 7 months, beginning in September or October 2026. Candidates must be willing and able to travel internationally and relocate temporarily for training.
