Responsibilities:

  • Accurately diagnose and repair mechanical issues using system diagnostics and testing
  • Perform efficient, high-quality repair work in a timely manner
  • Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all safety protocols
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors, management, and occasionally customers
  • Road-test vehicles to ensure quality completion of repairs
  • Collaborate with technicians, service advisors, parts department, and service manager
  • Stay current with factory training, certifications, and technical education

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to diagnose and repair automotive issues
  • A.S.E. certification preferred
  • Ability to lift, bend, stand, and operate shop tools without impairment
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
