Title : Senior Xstore Architect - Store Systems
Location: Burlington, NJ hybrid
Duration of project : Fulltime
Position Overview
As a Senior Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of architectural solutions for Store Systems projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, develop detailed architectural designs, and ensure the integration of systems and technologies. Additionally, you will mentor junior employee , assist in their professional growth, and participate in the continuous improvement of architectural practices.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Licenses/Certification/Registration: TOGAF Certification preferred
Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience in architecture.
  • Must have prior experience of Oracle XStore and Microsoft Azure
  • Strong knowledge of architectural design techniques and tools.
  • Proficiency in system integration and technology alignment.
  • Excellent analytical and debugging skills.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Leads the creation and review of a systems capability strategy aligned with business requirements. Develops roadmaps for enterprise store architecture and initiatives, ensuring stakeholder buy-in.
  • Develops enterprise-wide store architecture systems architecture and processes to embed strategic change management within the organization.
  • Provides technical guidance and governance on solution development and integration. Evaluates requests for changes and deviations from specifications and recommends actions.
  • Supports the communication of strategic plans and related change initiatives to relevant stakeholders.
  • Contributes to the collection and analysis of information to support strategy development.
  • Designs system components using appropriate modeling techniques following agreed architecture, design standards, patterns, and methodology.
  • Manages and facilitates the communication and open flow of creative ideas between interested parties and the set-up of innovation networks and communities.
  • Develops and adapts innovation tools, processes, and infrastructures to drive the process of innovation. Identifies resources and capabilities needed to support innovation.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple ways to all levels of the organization.
  • Creative and flexible mindset to planning and problem-solving, ability to lean into the details while maintaining the "big picture"
  • Experience with Oracle XStore, Oracle RMS, Oracle PL/SQL, Urbancode, Github, Weblogic system integrations products(e.g., Informatica),
  • Preferred experience in architecting with various platforms and tools, such as Snowflake, Azure, Java,, Oracle Pl/SQL,Android.
