Urban Movement Rehab & Wellness Center is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in West Palm Beach, Florida. You will work within our outpatient office located in vibrant West Palm Beach, surrounded by a supportive team that includes other physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant. The practice environment is set up for optimal patient engagement, allowing for hands-on treatment and personalized therapy. Flexible scheduling and a welcoming atmosphere contribute to a positive work-life balance. The expected work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, giving you the opportunity to maintain a suitable balance between your personal and professional life.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and develop personalized rehabilitation plans tailored to their specific orthopedic needs.
• Implement targeted therapeutic interventions aimed at improving range of motion, strength, and overall physical function.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, providing individualized, one-on-one treatment sessions with patients scheduled at a rate of one per hour.
• Utilize a diverse range of evidence-based treatment techniques and modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and educational strategies.
• Monitor patient progress closely, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to align with recovery goals and enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Educate patients about injury prevention techniques and wellness strategies to promote long-term health and functional independence.
• Document all patient interactions comprehensively within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring precise and accurate records of treatment activities.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure a multidisciplinary approach, providing comprehensive care and meeting the diverse needs of our patients.

At Urban Movement Rehab & Wellness Center, we primarily serve patients who are benefiting from outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation. Our clientele consists of a variety of individuals, ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to post-operative patients seeking to regain functionality after surgery. We emphasize personalized care, with a focus on prevention, recovery, and enhancing the overall wellness of our patients. You will be instrumental in guiding them through rehabilitation and advocating for their progress throughout their treatment journey.

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Florida state license to practice as a Physical Therapist, with a clean professional record and no disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques, as well as evidence of effective exercise protocol development and implementation.
• A strong understanding of orthopedic conditions and treatment methodologies relevant to outpatient care.
• Experience in electronic medical record management, specifically familiarity with WebPT EMR Software, is highly desirable.

• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with patients and motivate them throughout their rehabilitation process.
• Prior experience in a team-centered approach to care, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues.
