Position Summary

The Senior Designer will play a critical role in bringing MDVIP’s brand to life across multiple touchpoints for key customer audiences. This is both a strategic and executional role responsible for solving customer problems through design and delivering high quality and scalable creative across digital, print, video, paid media and events marketing.


The Senior Designer will own advancing MDVIP’s visual identity, creating and scaling branded templates, and leveraging AI to increase speed, quality, and consistency across digital and offline channels. This role will be responsible for setting the creative bar at MDVIP, implementing and evolving systems and standards, and handling high-complexity and high-visibility design work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver on-brand design across all marketing touchpoints including email templates, paid media, direct mail, OOH, collateral, presentations, and event materials.
  • Translate brand and campaign concepts into fully realized creative systems, ensuring a single idea is executed consistently across formats.
  • Develop, evolve, and maintain scalable templates to support production with efficiency, consistency, and brand integrity.
  • Create and edit short-form video content for paid and social platforms, with a strong understanding of platform requirements and performance considerations.
  • Proactively partner closely with marketing team members and customer facing teams to support customer acquisition and lifecycle marketing through persuasive high-quality design.
  • Leverage AI-assisted design tools and workflows to improve speed, iteration, and creative output while maintaining high design standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital, print, OOH, and short-form video.
  • Deep understanding of creative briefing and digital execution best practices.
  • Experience evolving and scaling brand templates and design systems.
  • Fluency in short-form video design and editing for paid and social platforms.
  • Proven experience with AI-assisted design workflows (Claude Design preferred; others acceptable).
