Job description

As a Business Process Specialist, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and maintaining execution-focused analytics across the development lifecycle, with emphasis on equipment/OFCI tracking, construction progress, commissioning status, and operational readiness. This role leverages structured data from Oracle, Autodesk Forma, Palantir, Smartsheet, CxAlloy, and ServiceNow to deliver accurate reporting, lifecycle analytics, and actionable insights. It enables milestone visibility and supports upstream design, procurement, and scenario planning decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned.

  • Develop and manage dashboards and analytics to track engineering progress, equipment/OFCI status, construction, commissioning, and turnover readiness
  • Partner with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure accurate equipment demand data and delivery alignment
  • Leverage data from Oracle, Autodesk Forma, Palantir, Smartsheet, CxAlloy, and/or ServiceNow to provide consistent and transparent development execution insights
  • Surface lifecycle risks and cost drivers that inform TCO planning and investment decisions
  • Enable structured insights that support scenario planning, procurement timing, and operational risk mitigation
  • Lead and develop a team of analysts supporting execution data, reporting tools, and system workflows
  • Collaborate with Capital Planning, Cost Controls, and Operations teams to ensure lifecycle data supports cross-functional decision-making

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Three or more years of experience as a Business Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on Business analysis and visualization.
  • Proficiency using Snowflake, Tableau, Excel, Smartsheet, or similar data analysis/reporting tool to manage and analyze data.
  • US Citizenship required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant professional experience in project analytics, reporting, construction management, or development operations
  • Relevant certifications in Business analysis or business intelligence
