About Us:
The UPS Store is the worldโ€™s largest franchisor of retail shipping, postal, printing, and business service centers. Our location is fast-paced, customer-focused, and team-driven. Weโ€™re looking for a reliable, energetic, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Store Associate.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with shipping, printing, and business needs.

  • Accurately process shipments, packaging, mailbox services, and retail transactions.

  • Operate and maintain printing, copying, and finishing equipment.

  • Pack and prepare items for shipment according to UPS guidelines.

  • Assist with inventory, stocking, and keeping the store clean and organized.

  • Handle phone and email inquiries in a professional manner.

Qualifications:
