BUSSER
This job posting contains some general information about what it is like to work at Wings 'N More Restaurants and is not a complete job description. Wings 'N More Team Members perform a number of different tasks every day, and this posting does not list all of the essential functions of the job.
The purpose is to serve food and/or beverages to guests according to Standards and in alignment with the Restaurant's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area by clearing dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly.
  • Reset tables by placing table tents, table set-ups and chairs back in their proper place to ensure a consistent presentation for new guests.
  • Support servers and bartenders through pre-bussing and assisting with guest requests.
  • Perform dining room and floor maintenance including sweeping and sanitizing high-touch surfaces.
  • Follow manager instructions carefully and communicate clearly with team members to provide a seamless service to our guests.
  • Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Contribute to a safe, sanitized, and positive guest experience every shift.
