Here are the main expectations and key performance indicators: Providing quality care to your residents Conduct proactive follow-ups with your residents' families Ensure the quality of interdepartmental information Provide supervision to your employees (evaluation meetings during probation, training on the approach, notes in the file, etc.) Provide, as needed, training for families on different aspects of neurodegenerative diseases Collaboration with the HR team is therefore essential since it also takes care of the ongoing training aspect of employees.
