Position Description: Responsible for managing the packaging operations after the Silk Screen printing process is complete.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of packers
  • Ensure that products meet quality standards oKnowledge of basic logo placements, color consistencies and packaging requirements
  • Ensure that packages are labeled accurately and shipped on time
  • Train packers and warehouse workers oTeach safety protocols and quality standards
  • Assign tasks and allocate tasks to team members daily to meet production schedules
  • Coordinate with Silk Screen printing team when product quality issues are found
  • Required Experience/Skills/Education
  • 13 years of supervisory experience in packaging or manufacturing
  • Silk Screening knowledge is a plus, but not required
  • Inventory Management experience required
  • Knowledge of UPS, USPS and FedEx shipping labels
  • Bilingual skills are strongly preferred
