Operated as part of a franchise network under The UPS Store brand, these locations provide convenient access to UPS shipping, as well as services like packing, copying, document finishing, notary, and shredding. UPS Stores are independently owned and operated, and are found in communities across the United States and internationally. They are popular with small business owners and consumers looking for a one-stop location for shipping and office service needs.

They often multitask between operating the register, preparing shipments, and addressing customer inquiries. Collaboration is essential, as employees coordinate with each other to manage busy periods, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain store organization. Working together helps deliver efficient service and creates a supportive environment, especially during high-traffic times such as holidays.
