Description
This Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is intentionally designed as the entry point into an Acquisitions Manager career path.
You will start by focusing on prospecting, lead qualification, and seller conversations.
As you ramp, you'll be trained on deal evaluation, negotiation fundamentals, and off-market transaction flow. The goal is for this role to grow into putting deals together independently and eventually running your own acquisitions pipeline.
This role is ideal for someone who:
  • Has sales experience and is comfortable prospecting daily
  • Wants to learn how off-market real estate deals actually get done
  • Is motivated by growth, responsibility, and long-term upside
  • Is willing to earn their way into a higher-leverage role

Growth Into Acquisitions Manager

• Maintain clean and accurate lead records
• Hit daily and weekly activity benchmarks
• Participate in regular coaching and performance reviews
Qualifications
• Experience in sales or customer service, with a focus on outbound calling.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong relationships with homeowners.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and activity benchmarks.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with sellers.
• Comfortable using CRM systems like Salesforce to track and manage leads.
