Job description

Executive Recruiter (Search Associate) (Broward County)

The Las Olas Network | Executive Search & Talent Advisory

Location: Broward County, FL

Schedule: In-office 3–4 days/week in Deerfield Beach, FL (starting at 4, reducing to 3)

Experience: New Grad or 1–4 Years Recruiting. Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred.

Type: Full-Time

🌴 About The Las Olas Network

The Las Olas Network (TLON) is a boutique executive search and talent advisory firm headquartered in South Florida. We partner with private-equity–backed organizations to hire for Accounting/Finance, Operations, and Human Resources functions at the Director level and above. We have a heavy focus supporting clientele in the Healthcare sector.

TLON also comprises M&A Talent Partners (MATP), our specialized vertical focused exclusively on Corporate Development, M&A, and deal-oriented recruiting for PE-backed portfolio companies, investment banks, and corporate strategy teams.

A Year of Significant Growth

Over the past year, TLON has experienced substantial growth across both platforms, expanding our client base, increasing search volume, and deepening our presence within the private equity and healthcare ecosystems.

As we prepare to continue expanding our team and delivery model through 2026, we are adding an Executive Search Associate to support this momentum.

This is a role ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, excited by the idea of helping build and shape a growing firm.

🎯 Role Overview: Executive Search Associate

This position is a strong fit for:

  • A recruiter with 1–4 years of direct-hire agency or internal talent acquisition experience, particularly someone who has recruited within the healthcare space and understands the environment, the stakeholders, and the pace that comes with it, OR
  • A recent college graduate with strong communication skills, genuine curiosity about healthcare and executive search, and a drive to learn fast.

Healthcare recruiting experience is not a hard requirement, but it is something we genuinely value. If you've sourced or placed candidates inside health systems, PE-backed healthcare platforms, or within healthcare corporate functions, that context translates directly to the work we do here and will accelerate your ramp significantly.

If you enjoy taking ownership, creating structure, and being part of a business that's actively building and evolving, you'll thrive here.

Local Requirement:

You must be available to commute into Deerfield Beach, FL for in-office work 3–4 days/week. You'll start at 4 days/week in office, with the expectation of reducing to 3 days/week as you settle in.

💼 What You'll Do

Recruiting & Search Execution

  • Source, identify, and engage top talent across leadership and professional roles
  • Conduct structured interviews and competency-based assessments
  • Manage pipelines and candidate flow across retained and contingent searches
  • Prepare polished candidate summaries and client-ready deliverables
  • Execute talent mapping across healthcare, corporate development, finance, and operations
  • Collaborate closely with TLON & MATP leadership on search strategy

CRM/ATS Ownership

  • Own our CRM/ATS systems, maintaining clean data, pipeline integrity, reporting, and workflow consistency
  • Help shape how the firm tracks search activity and manages relationships as we grow

Business Development & Client Sourcing

  • Support top-of-funnel client sourcing and outreach
  • Build and refine target lists across healthcare, finance, and corporate development sectors
  • Draft and execute outreach campaigns to prospective clients and partners
  • Assist in account management of existing clientele, focused on deepening and expanding relationships
  • Assist with early-stage client communications, notes, follow-ups, and CRM tracking
  • Participate in BD initiatives that help expand TLON's and MATP's footprint

This is structured exposure to the commercial side of the search business: not a heavy sales role, but an opportunity to help support leadership in developing new business.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • 1–4 years of direct-hire recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to healthcare organizations, health systems, or PE-backed healthcare platforms
  • Familiarity with the healthcare operating environment, including how decisions get made, who the key stakeholders are, and how leadership roles are structured
  • New grads considered with demonstrated interest in executive search or healthcare
  • Able to commit to in-office work 3–4 days/week in Deerfield Beach, FL (starting at 4, reducing to 3)
  • Excellent communicator with strong writing skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable owning ATS/CRM processes and maintaining clean, accurate data
  • Curious, proactive, and resourceful
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, enjoys building, improving, and creating structure
  • Relationship-driven

📈 What You'll Gain

At TLON, you won't be recruiting for mid-level individual contributors. You'll be working on executive-level searches, Director, VP, and C-suite mandates, alongside some of the most consequential hiring decisions our clients make. That means:

  • Direct access to senior leadership. You'll engage with CEOs, CFOs, PE operating partners, and board-level stakeholders from day one, not years from now.
  • Exposure to high-stakes decision making. Executive search sits at the intersection of talent strategy, business performance, and organizational design. You'll see how the best operators think about building leadership teams, and you'll have a seat at that table.
  • A front-row view of private equity and healthcare M&A. Through both TLON and MATP, you'll develop fluency in how PE-backed companies grow, acquire, and optimize and how talent strategy drives those outcomes.
  • Competitive base salary + performance compensation
  • Mentorship from experienced search leaders
  • A clear upward path Associate → Senior Associate → Director → Partner
  • Real responsibility and autonomy early
  • A collaborative, quality-driven culture focused on long-term relationships
