Join Our Team of Mental Health Providers in Georgia!
Foresight is an outpatient mental health company that offers virtual and in-person mental health services. Our purpose is to increase access to high-quality mental health care. We are looking for a passionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to help fulfill that purpose!
What You'll Do:
  • Work between 30 and 40 hours/week: this position is a full-time position, with a flexible hybrid schedule of both in office and virtual days from home
  • Perform 60-minute intake sessions, 45 minute transfers, and 15- to 30-minute follow-ups (depending on patient acuity and need for brief supportive therapy determined by your assessment)
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals in an interdisciplinary approach to provide holistic care
  • Do not provide on-call responsibilities
  • Have an office clinical caseload in addition to assisting with community contract patient load
Compensation & Benefits:
We believe in recognizing and valuing your expertise. Enjoy the stability of a consistent salary that is not dependent on patient attendance or caseload ramp.
  • An annual salary between $140,000-$145,000 based on experience and a 40-hour weekly schedule
  • A smaller full-time caseload with a minimum of 30 hours per week is also an option.
Comprehensive Benefits Package: We offer our full-time nurse practitioners medical, dental, vision coverages, and FSA; company-paid life insurance; 4 weeks of PTO; and a 401K plan with a company match. Plus a stipend toward professional licensure and continuing education.
The right candidate must:
  • Have a Master's degree from an accredited university/graduate program in psychiatric mental health nursing
  • Georgia Residence; an active Georgia Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license; active DEA license (Schedules 3-5, where applicable based on state prescribing restrictions)
  • 2+ years of independent experience in psychiatry, with 1 year in an outpatient setting, with demonstrated expertise in treating both adult and pediatric populations
  • Cannot be opted out of Medicare
  • Have access to reliable and stable internet and be proficient with technology, including but not limited to using an EHR (Electronic Health Record) and tools, such as Zoom, Google Suite, and Dayforce.
