Job description

Who We Are:

Our premier criminal defense, immigration, and family law firm is looking to immediately add a Personal Assistant & Driverto support our founder, Robert Tsigler. We are a top-rated and rapidly expanding law firm and are interested in a candidate who is dedicated, reliable, and looking to grow within our organization. Our main office is located near City Hall in downtown Manhattan, NYC, and we have satellite offices in Brooklyn, Queens and Nassau County. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to excel in an energetic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • This is a hybrid position. Depending on the needs of the founding attorney, you may work from your home or various other locations.
  • Need to have a valid driver's license and clean driving record history
  • Transport the founding attorney, safely and on time, plan best routes, and avoid traffic
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, punctuality and polite communication
  • Good understanding of local roads, short cuts and GPS apps
  • Car duties: keep car clean and fueled
  • Work independently, prioritizing, and multitasking as necessary

This is a part-time position, growing into a full-time position for the right candidate.

Typical tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Driving
  • Run errands
  • Complete minor pick ups and drop offs
