Delivery Driver – $150–$180/Day | Paid Training

Looking for steady work with a supportive team? Allstar Courier, Inc. is hiring reliable, safety-focused delivery drivers near Eastaboga, AL. You’ll receive a company vehicle, uniform, and paid training. No CDL is required.

About Allstar Courier, Inc.

Allstar Courier, Inc. is an independent FedEx contractor launched in June. We treat employees like family, respect personal time, and support each driver on the road. Our terminal is located at 35 Fish Hatchery Lane, Eastaboga, AL 36260.

Pay and Benefits
  • $150–$180 per day
  • Training pay: $80 per day for approximately one week
  • Bonus available for working a six-day schedule
  • Health insurance for full-time employees
  • Five PTO days after one year
  • Company vehicle and uniform provided
Schedule and Hours
  • Monday–Saturday operations
  • Start at 7:30 a.m. and work until deliveries are complete
  • Full-time: Tuesday–Saturday or Monday–Saturday
  • Part-time delivery driver: three to four days per week
Key Responsibilities
  • Complete courier and package delivery routes averaging 60 stops per day
  • Arrive on time to load your vehicle and packages
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Safely operate a commercial delivery vehicle
  • Use GPS, scan packages, and maintain accurate delivery records
  • Safely handle packages weighing up to 150 pounds
  • Deliver throughout Ranburne and Hightower, Alabama
Required Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid driver’s license; no CDL required
  • Must be willing to submit to an employer-paid background check
  • Must be willing to submit to an MVR review
  • Must be willing to submit to an employer-paid drug test
  • Must be willing to submit to an employer-paid DOT physical
  • Must work safely in changing weather
  • Delivery, courier, commercial driving, rideshare, or manual labor experience is preferred
  • Dependable work history and a strong work ethic are preferred
