In this position you would be is responsible for delivering parts and equipment to customers, vendors, and other locations. They also maintain delivery logs and reconcile invoices. You would report directly to the Automotive Parts Manager.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Bilingual, (Preferred but not necessary)
  • Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment
  • Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
  • Ability to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under a shop insurance policy (Not an excluded driver)
  • Bilingual, (Preferred but not necessary)

Essential Duties, but not limited to:
  • Deliver parts to customers, repair shops, and other locations
  • Check with the parts manager and other staff to coordinate deliveries and pick-ups
  • Keep a detailed log of deliveries and pick-ups
  • Reconcile invoices and forward them to the appropriate parties
  • Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in working order
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures, and obey traffic laws
  • Become proficient and familiar with computer systems necessary for parts and accessories management.
  • Periodically conduct physical inventory of merchandise.
