Job description

We are seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused team member to join our UPS Store franchise. This position is available for both part-time and full-time schedules, including weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service while assisting with Amazon returns, shipping, packaging, printing, mailbox services, and general retail operations.
Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

Process returns, shipments, package items, and prepare labels

  • Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions
  • Assist with printing,copying, scanning, and binding services
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office a plus)
  • Able to life 40+ pounds and stand for duratioin of shift
  • Prompt, reliable and responsible
