What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a Part Time Driver/Processor to join our fast-growing team. Must be able to work Monday and Wednesdays 8 hours a day. As a pivotal part of our operations, you will ensure that customer returns are handled with the utmost care and efficiency.


Successful drivers put safety first and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.


Driver Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport goods between customer locations and our warehouse.
  • Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of packages.
  • Maintain accurate records of pick-ups, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during interactions.
  • Adhere to all traffic and company regulations.
  • Able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs.) and be able to get in and out of a van numerous times throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Drivers will sometimes need to walk up flights of stairs to deliver
  • Divers will interact in a positive and professional manner with customers and the general public while retrieving packages from customers’ homes and commercial locations
  • Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information.
  • Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.

Processor Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, sort, and process returned items.
  • Accurately print, pack, and ship orders
  • Ensure the quality and condition of items before they are returned.
  • Maintain accurate records of all processed returns.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to handle support enquiries.
  • Keep the warehouse and showroom environment clean, safe, and organized.
