What You'll Do

Every day brings a new challenge. You'll use your troubleshooting skills, technical knowledge, and customer service expertise to keep commercial facilities comfortable and running efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Remove and install HVAC parts and systems
  • Efficiently troubleshoot and repair commercial mechanical systems up to 50 tons
  • Diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance on heating and cooling equipment
  • Prepare accurate repair estimates
  • Educate customers on HVAC systems, repair options, and recommendations
  • Mentor and train junior technicians
  • Build positive relationships through clear, professional communication with customers
  • Ensure all work complies with local HVAC codes and safety standards
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned to support business needs
We're Looking For Someone Who
  • Holds a Universal EPA Certification
  • Has 5+ years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration service experience (preferred)
  • Enjoys troubleshooting and solving mechanical challenges
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Builds relationships based on trust, respect, and professionalism
  • Maintains a positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Communicates effectively with customers and coworkers
  • Stays current with evolving HVAC technologies and is eager to keep learning
Minimum Requirements
  • 2+ years of HVAC service experience
  • EPA Certification
  • Ability to regularly lift 50–100 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, on rooftops, and on ladders
