Description: Nevada Pic A Part is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Towing Dispatcher to coordinate our vehicle pick-ups and driver schedules. The ideal candidate has strong secretarial and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities (both on the phone and in person), and the technical ability to manage multiple screens, tabs, and software applications at once. Hours: Full Time - 40 hours/week

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, texts, and emails from customers, vendors, and tow drivers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collect and confirm all necessary details for each pick-up and provide customers with clear, accurate information about expected arrival times
  • Dispatch and route tow trucks efficiently based on driver proximity, availability, vehicle type, and pick-up urgency
  • Monitor and track active tows, adjusting schedules or re-routing as needed to meet deadlines
  • Coordinate daily routes for drivers, ensuring runs are optimized, printed, and reasonable in length
  • Maintain accurate digital records of calls, job details, and dispatch activity using company software and email systems
  • Serve as the main point of contact for tow drivers while they're on the road, quickly resolving questions or concerns
  • Assist with verifying payments and completing necessary paperwork for purchased vehicles
  • Collaborate with other team members to maintain smooth operations and excellent customer service
  • Follow all company policies and safety procedures to protect people, property, and equipment
