"Were looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Specialist to support phone and email communications for our community solar program.


Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries (phone + email) in English and Spanish
Explain the program, billing, and account details clearly
Resolve issues and escalate when needed
Complete outbound call campaigns (follow-ups, customer updates)
Log interactions in CRM (Salesforce or similar)
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
23+ years of customer service experience (call center preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
Experience with CRM tools and Google Workspace
