Job description

UPS Worldport in Louisville is hiring a Conveyor Systems Repair Specialist to maintain one of the world's largest automated package sorting facilities. You will troubleshoot belt and roller conveyor systems, replace motors and gearboxes, perform alignment checks, and execute PM tasks on miles of conveyor infrastructure.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of conveyor maintenance experience in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot 480V electrical systems and VFD drives
  • Experience with conveyor belt splicing (vulcanized and mechanical)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
