Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments utilizing evidence-based methodologies to evaluate clients' mental health and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic services including individual, family, and group therapy, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing to align with clients' cultural preferences and individual circumstances.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes and adherence to best practices.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Offer crisis intervention services, which encompass risk assessments and the development of personalized safety plans when necessary.
• Advocate for clients by connecting them with vital community resources and navigating complex care systems to support their ongoing needs.
• Engage actively in community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness and reducing stigma.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A solid understanding of cultural competence, with the ability to engage meaningfully with diverse populations.

Preferred Experience

• A background in community mental health settings is preferred, providing an understanding of the specific challenges faced by diverse client demographics.
• Previous experience with crisis intervention strategies and treatment modalities for hospice patients is highly beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
