Job description

Hybrid School Psychologist for a 36-week contract in or near Courtland, Virginia. Provides assessment, counseling, and collaboration with school staff to support student well-being. Earn up to $65 per hour, with premium pay and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess student learning and behavioral needs

  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans

  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents

  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention

  • Conduct psychological testing and interpret results

  • Consult with school personnel on instructional strategies

  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field and current Virginia school psychologist license

  • At least 1 year of experience in school psychology

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Valid Virginia licensure and up-to-date background check
