Job description

Integrity Trade Services is IMMEDIATELY hiring for Raymond Stand up Reach operators at a distribution center that specializes in Car Mats, etc. located in Bolingbrook, IL. $21an hour.

Responsibilities:
RAYMOND STAND UP REACH OPERATOR
• Plan and prioritize work by reviewing production schedule
• Ensure that all necessary inventory is available for production use before it is needed to prevent production delays and coordinate the ordering of material/inventory with the Shipping Lead
• Be responsible for completing cycle counts / manually counting product
• Return materials from production and consolidate racks for efficiency
• Fulfill work order request forms in a timely manner
• Complete daily inspection of equipment and communicate maintenance needs or damage to supervisor immediately
• Perform all job functions in compliance with safety guidelines and company policies/procedures
• Work a full-time schedule; work overtime as business demands including extended hours and/or weekends
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition, clean and maintain equipment
• Communicate clearly and work as part of a team
• Perform other duties as assigned
Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Schedule/Shift Details
• 1st shift-Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
Qualifications
• Have 1 year of prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
• Have familiarity with operating computers and RF Scanner
• Possess basic math skills to calculate weight and basic reading skills to read labels
• Have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with various departments throughout the company
• Have a high degree of attention required to prevent accidents and injuries
• Keen attention to detail
• Be able to stand for long periods of time
• Open to mandatory overtime including weekends
• Ability to work well on a team but be self-motivated and independent at times

  • IL Paid Leave for All Workers
An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act. The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave
  • 401(k) with company match for eligible employees.

Eligibility: Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age. Entry dates into the 401(k) are: 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.
The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution. As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
