Delivery & Set Up Driver
Summary: As a Delivery & Set Up Driver, you'll be at the forefront of our customer experience, ensuring the safe and efficient relocation and delivery of office equipment. Your warm demeanor and attention to detail will directly impact customer satisfaction and future purchase decisions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Safely deliver equipment to the designated location, maintaining adherence to DOT regulations.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip reviews to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness, while minimizing costs through efficient pick-up and delivery practices.
  • Provide basic training and networking installations, fostering a seamless transition for our customers.
  • Collaborate with other team members, such as field technicians and dispatch, to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
  • Ensure all paperwork, including delivery documentation and customer signatures, is accurately completed and processed in a timely manner, maintaining thorough records of transactions.

Qualifications Must Have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Safe driving record with a minimum of two years of medium-duty truck driving experience.
  • On-the-job technical training in networking and installation.
  • Valid driver's license, along with eligibility to drive commercial vehicles according to FMCSR regulations.

Qualifications Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with smart devices and basic computer skills.
  • Certification in operation and use of warehouse equipment.
