Job Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse

License: Required
Certifications: BLS, ACLS preferred; NIH, CPI preferred
Must-Have:
- EPIC charting experience
- Experience with medical surgical and solid organ transplant patients
- Ability to float to various units as needed
Description:
Join a 36-bed unit providing medical surgical and telemetry care to adult pre and post transplant patients.
The team provides progressive care for liver, kidney, pancreas, intestinal transplant patients, and intestinal rehabilitation patients.
Adolescent patients from the age of 15 are present but are cared for by core staff only.
Daily ratios are 1:5 during the day and 1:6 at night.
Floating is required to meet staffing needs, which may include various units and campuses.
Candidates must have experience in managing drips, telemetry monitoring, and wound care.
Travelers must work weekends, with expectations of four weekend shifts out of eight possible in a four-week period.
Must be prepared to work two of three major holidays.
The facility is a nicotine-free environment.
All travelers must follow specific requirements for submission and compliance.
