Position Summary

Responsible for coordinating clinical research activities for the FPBCC. Assist UNMC Principal Investigators and nurse coordinators with project management, coordination and implementation of clinical trials. Provide data management support and work to ensure trials move forward toward enrollment goals.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (or six years of education and/or related experience, with at least two years post–high school)
  • Minimum of 2 years post–high school education (or combined 6 years education/experience)
  • Clinical experience and/or research experience in a clinical or laboratory setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Computer literacy and proficiency
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with team members
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
  • Utilization of knowledge and skills related to meeting age–specific needs of the patient population served (Adult 18–65 and Geriatric 65+)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Access
  • Experience with EPIC One Chart
  • Past clinical research skills and knowledge
