Job description


As a Build & Repair/Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for loading and unloading storage containers and helping to inventory and maintain containers. You will be responsible for building, breaking down, and repairing new, used, and damaged containers.

Essential functions:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.

• Perform assembly-type functions using hand and/or power tools (without supervision)

• Ensure Quality Standards are met

• Move materials using hand cart and or pallet jack

• Pressure washing

• Shop clean-up

• Perform all cutting operations utilizing all standard shop equipment

• Fabricate from a drawing and/or verbal instructions with limited supervision

• Safely rig materials for lifting

• Adhere to all safety policies and perform all tasks in a safe manner including adherence to OSHA regulations

• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Competencies/Skills

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Must be enthusiastic and Energetic

• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.

• Completion of background investigation and drug screening.

Work environment:

• Shift start times may vary; some additional hours may be required including Saturdays/Sundays; required to work overtime as needed.

• Warehouse and/or repair center locations may not be climate controlled except for specific areas. May be expected to work during inclement weather conditions.

Physical demands:

• Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours a day; ability to stoop, bend and lift boxes weighing up to 75 lbs.

• Ability to walk, drive and stand for extended periods of time during assigned shift
