Job description

PRNDDL TRANS SHOP IS LOOKING FOR A DELIVERY DRIVER, as soon as possible.
IF YOU FIT THIS JOB YOU CAN COME TO OUR SHOP AT 6001 SHCEAFER RD DEARBORN 48126 AND FILL OUT THE EMPLOYMENT APP FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9:00 AM TO 5:00 PM
PAY RATE WILL BE DISCUSSED IN PERSON
Specific duties and responsibilities can include:
  • Driving and Navigation:
    • Operating cars safely and efficiently.
    • Navigating using GPS, maps, or knowledge of the area.
    • Planning routes to optimize delivery times and minimize delays.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Performing routine vehicle checks (oil, tires, fluids).
Ensuring the vehicle is clean and presentable.
Scheduling and coordinating maintenance and repairs.
Loading/Unloading:
Safely loading cargo or passengers onto the vehicle.
Assisting with unloading at the destination.
Customer Service:
Providing excellent customer service to passengers or clients.
Communicating effectively with dispatchers, clients, or passengers.
Paperwork and Documentation:
Maintaining logs (mileage, fuel, maintenance).
Completing paperwork related to deliveries, expenses, or incidents.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
Practicing safe driving techniques.
Reporting any accidents or incidents promptly.
Other Responsibilities:
Assisting with tasks such as filing, faxing, or copying.
