Avaya CM administration and configuration, Voice & Data Architecture, Voice XML, UNIX, hardware and software troubleshooting, MS Lync a plus. Voice Mail Systems (Audix), Unix Systems Adminstration of CMS.
Interactive Intrelligence experience is a plus.
