* Experience with both UNIX and Windows operating systems, including basic command-line administration and troubleshooting
* Experience providing technical support for end-users via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues
* Experience troubleshooting and resolving problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, VoIP phones, and mobile devices
* TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
* Bachelors degree or 15+ years of experience with System Administration in lieu of a degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Compensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $64.91 to $74.52 per hour.
