Work you'll do

As a Senior Engineering Management Specialist on the Cyber team, you will be responsible for:

  • Installing, integrating, and deploying privileged access management solutions (CyberArk, Beyond Trust or Delinea) across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
  • Implementing and administering Endpoint Privilege Manager for least-privilege, application control, and privilege elevation use cases, while configuring controls that support monitoring, governance, and risk reduction.
  • Leading application onboarding and platform integrations, including directory services, servers, databases, and identity lifecycle integrations using System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM).
  • Developing solution designs, implementation runbooks, operational procedures, and validation documentation, while supporting upgrades, patches, vulnerability remediation, and production issue resolution.
  • Leading workstreams across privileged access management engagements by providing technical guidance, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and contributing to proposals, pricing inputs, and statements of work.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or Business
  • 6+ years of experience developing, implementing, or architecting information systems
  • 4+ years of experience installing, integrating, and deploying privileged access management solutions in cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environments
  • 4+ years experience with one or more PAM products like CyberArk, Beyond Trust and/or Delinea
  • 4+ years of experience administering CyberArk Privilege Cloud, Endpoint Privilege Manager, and Secure Infrastructure Access, including target onboarding, safes, platforms, access control, credential rotation, and privileged account lifecycle management. Can also include Beyond Trust Password Safe, Beyond Trust Endpoint Privilege Management, Delinea Secret Server Cloud, Delinea Privilege Manager
  • 4+ years of experience integrating PAM products with directory services, Windows or UNIX/Linux environments, databases, network devices, or security devices, including Credential Provider, Central Credential Provider, and System for Cross-domain Identity Management integration use cases
  • Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Previous consulting or Big 4 experience
  • CyberArk/Beyond Trust/Delinea certifications, including CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer or certifications aligned to Privilege Cloud or Endpoint Privilege Manager

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $105,400 to $207,800.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
