In this role, you will support an established, high performing team of Investment Advisors across Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Indiana and Kentucky for PNC Private Bank Hawthorn, by collaborating with the Advisors on UHNW and Family Office clients. Success in this role requires clear communication, strong collaboration, and a shared sense of accountability to deliver the full breadth of PNC Private Bank Hawthorn’s advisory and financial services capabilities.
As Hawthorn Regional Investment Director, you will work in close partnership with advisors and clients, playing an active role in new client acquisition and deepening existing relationships to drive growth, alignment, and a differentiated client experience. This role also requires strong enterprise partnership, collaborating closely with other PNC leaders to advance shared priorities, reinforce disciplined execution, and deliver meaningful market impact.   • May provide portfolio/platform and relationship management services to a select number of clients with large and complex account types. Manages accounts in accordance with investment objectives that have been developed with the client, incorporating PNC's investment approach, philosophy and platform. Maintains expert level knowledge of complex investment and asset management strategies.
  • Responsible for leading the growth of assets under management and the retention of clients for the market(s). Serves as a resource and proactively supports the market's acquisition of new clients and expansion of services. Participates or may lead the investment sales efforts for select large and complex investment prospects.
  • Provides leadership and direction to investment professionals.
  • Executes risk management practices through the adherence to PNC's policies and procedures. Proactively identifies, resolves or escalates risk management issues. Accountable for the execution of policies and Regulation 9 in the market(s).
