Position Overview: We offer the right candidate an opportunity to establish a successful sales career. We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative with excellent communication skills to join our Sales team; this position will provide direct support to the Sales Departments to ensure that the department can meet its defined monthly goals and growth targets. We will enhance your knowledge with sales and product-related training, giving you all the tools necessary to assist clients in making informed buying decisions. Knowledge of HVAC is not mandatory - we will train you. Prior Sales experience is a must! To be successful in this position, you should be competitive, a great listener, and able to instantly connect with customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Travel to assigned leads and convert into sales for install.
  • Educate potential and existing customers on our services for installation.
  • Negotiate sales contracts by following a sales process.
  • Prospect for new opportunities within the territory to increase revenue.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB:
  • Proven sales experience with a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong in person and phone presence.
  • Ability to prospect and cultivate new accounts.
  • Strong self-starter
  • Time management skills. Ability to take timely action to effectively solve problems, using established policies and procedures.
  • Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance is a MUST.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
  • Minimum of 2 years of Sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Clean and valid Driver's License (this is an outside sales role)

PAY: Commission dependent on performance.
