These operators are skilled in handling equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, graders, and cranes. Their responsibilities include safely maneuvering machinery to move earth, materials, or heavy objects according to project specifications. They must be knowledgeable about safety protocols, equipment maintenance, and site regulations. Universal operators often have broader training, allowing them to work with various types of heavy equipment rather than specializing in just one.

Description

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be a key asset on our construction projects, safely and efficiently operating a diverse fleet of compact gear, heavy dirt iron, and support equipment. Because our projects span across the state, this position requires regular travel to jobsites throughout Florida and includes working over some weekends to meet project deadlines.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in precision grading, trenching, and material handling, and is equally comfortable operating modern track loaders or running legacy fleet assets.
