The right person is an experienced, hands-on Financial Service Rep.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Open and close member accounts, CDs, IRAs; and resolve member issues.
  • Assist members with loan questions.
  • Originate consumer loans and/or close consumer loan applications.
  • Handle a Teller drawer and perform transactions for our members when needed.
  • Amazing attention to detail, strong organization and people skills, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Accuracy in transactions and member records is a must.
  • Flexible and outgoing personality.
  • May participate in member site visits to assist with member outreach.

This is a Full Time in-person position. The schedule requires working every Thursday evening until 6:15pm and alternating Saturdays from 8:45am until 12:15pm.
Salary Range: $20.00-$23.00/hour
Summary The person must be flexible, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and love working with members and with numbers. No two days will be the same! The person will wear a lot of hats in a small branch so they must love all roles from Teller to Member Service Rep to Loan Rep.
Requirements include a High school diploma/GED and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a bank or credit union. Experience as a Service or Loan Rep and/or Sales Rep is preferred. We think this is a unique job for a unique candidate whose skills are well-rounded, who understands the complexities of working in a small organization, and whose passion is providing accurate and outstanding service!
