Responsibilities
  • Manage developer program for 3rd party developers building apps for Sony Spatial Reality Display (auto‑stereoscopic 3D display) and Mocopi (wearable sensors for VR avatar experiences).
  • Provide technical support to 3rd party developers and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a graphics pipeline development role.
  • Experience building VR applications with Unity, Unreal and OpenGL or DirectX.
  • Excellent debugging / troubleshooting skills with the above technology.
  • Excellent Windows troubleshooting and profiling skills.
  • Experience with the APIs for third‑party geometry formats and APIs: FBX, USD, STL, OBJ, GLTF.
  • Working knowledge of USD, Hydra and other 3D open source projects (OpenImageIO, MaterialX).
  • Understanding of real‑time game engines, like Unreal Engine and Unity.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience integrating renderers to Digital Content Creation tools like Maya, Blender, Sketchup, Houdini, etc.
  • Knowledge of standard UI toolkits, specifically QT/PyQT.
  • Motion capture experience.
  • Textures and shader experience.
  • iOS and Android development experience.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent and 3 years of experience.

Technology and Sub‑technology
  • 3D Graphics, 3D Math.
  • Opengl, Directx.
  • Game Engine developer support.
