We're looking for a Child Care Team Lead who is passionate about working with children, energized by leadership, and committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for families.

The Child Care Team Lead (CCTL) is the leader of the club's KidCare program. You'll build and develop a high-performing child care team while ensuring every child receives safe, fun, and age-appropriate care during every visit.
Your leadership allows parents to focus on their fitness with confidence, knowing their children are supported in a clean, engaging, and well-run environment. By coaching your team, maintaining safety standards, and creating a positive experience for families, you'll help make VASA a place members trust and return to.

  • Compensation: Base rate of $16.95 per hour
  • Split-Shift Schedule: This role works a consistent split shift from 8:00am--12:00pm and 4:00pm--8:00pm, with a break in the middle of the day

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 3+ years of experience leading or supporting teams in childcare, education, youth programs, or related environments
  • Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others in a people-focused environment
  • Experience working with children in a structured, safety-focused setting
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, dependable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, engaging leadership style with a passion for helping others
