Summary:
Design, model, and govern Global Pipelines, Global Objects (G0), and Enterprise Serving Layer. Serve as the delegated technical reviewer for federated data models, source specific (global pipelines) against engineering standards, approved designs, and PR approvals across the D&A commercial & GQO domain.
 
Job Description & Skill Requirement:
Delegated day to day activity so Shailesh can focus on strategic “Data foundation, Unity catalog” initiative:
Create and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models
Review and approve data architecture and engineering designs
Conduct PR reviews for pipelines and governance implementations
Define ingestion, transformation, and serving against standards
Review metadata, lineage, and data contract against standards
Review ETL/ELT performance optimization strategies
Support complex architecture and integration challenges
Update engineering guidelines and SOPs after internal alignment and approval
Experience: 10 to 12 years
