Job description

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred. Related experience considered in lieu of education.

2. Training and Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, training, education, human resources, or a related field. Experience developing and facilitating training programs. Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS). Strong proficiency with AI tools and the Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams. Experience creating presentations, training materials, leadership development content, and associate engagement initiatives. Healthcare experience preferred.

3. Job Knowledge: Knowledge of learning principles and instructional design. Strong presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with leaders, physicians, associates, and external partners. Excellent writing, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Demonstrates initiative, creativity, professionalism, and sound judgment. Knowledge of leadership development, employee engagement, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness preferred.
