Software Developer - Construction Technology

Location: Northeast Florida
Position: Full-Time

We are seeking a talented software developer to design, develop, and enhance custom business applications that improve how our company operates.

This position offers the opportunity to work directly with executive leadership on meaningful projects that solve real-world operational challenges. You'll help turn ideas into production-ready software and play a key role in developing technology that supports our continued growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance custom business applications using C#/.NET and SQL Server.
  • Design secure, scalable databases and intuitive user interfaces.
  • Develop internal tools that improve efficiency, accuracy, and communication.
  • Integrate with existing software platforms and third-party APIs.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve business processes.
  • Support and continuously improve internally developed software.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
  • Experience developing production software from concept through deployment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Experience with web technologies, APIs, and AI integrations is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to build practical software that solves real business problems.
