As an AI Enablement Engineer for EA Experiences, you will be an innovator and creator of cutting-edge AI solutions, solutions that keep our fans at the center of everything we do. You will collaborate closely with teams across EA Experiences, developing and understanding of their business, their challenges, and their opportunities. You will rapidly create innovative AI solutions using cutting-edge AI technologies that provide increased efficiency and help our teams focus on what matters most, our fans. This is an internal enablement role focused on building and productionizing GenAI solutions for XO teams
Responsibilities:
Implement AI solutions to enable efficiency, expansion, and transformation across EA Experiences, directly aligned with EA Experiences' goals. You will:
  • Stay informed on the evolution of AI technologies and opportunities to drive efficiency, expansion, and transformation
  • Have a deep understanding of AI technologies and solutions, specifically focusing on how they can be integrated into business processes and systems to enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate EA Experiences teams to understand their business, processes, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for developing creative AI solutions that enable our teams to focus on creative and innovative work that keeps our fans at the center of what we do
  • Be an AI evangelist, promoting the use of AI as a force-multiplier

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years experience rapidly prototyping and deploying robust production solutions incorporating software engineering, infrastructure, architectural, and security best practices
  • Excellent Python development skills are required, C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS are strongly preferred
  • Experience using agentic AI software engineering solutions such as Cursor, GitHub CoPilot, or Claude Code
  • Extensive experience engineering AI solutions and excellent working knowledge of:
    • Prompt and context engineering
    • AI agents, agentic architectures, tool calling, and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
    • AI assistants, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
    • Model tuning, evaluation, benchmarking, and guardrails
  • An excellent understanding of architecture, design principles, and cloud services, such as:
    • AWS (Azure, and GCP cloud services are optional)
    • Enterprise architecture and microservices design
    • Observability and telemetry
    • Infrastructure as code and CI/CD
  • Data science experience is beneficial
  • Content production (e.g. marketing) is strongly beneficial
  • Experience navigating the legal, ethical, and security implications for AI
  • Thrive working both collaboratively and independently
  • Excellent creative, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
  • Enjoy and prioritize continual learning- and staying up to date with the newest technologies and solutions and can understand how they can benefit EA Experiences
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly and succinctly articulate complex concepts at a senior level
  • Experience integrating AI solutions specifically with AAA Console/PC games and businesses is beneficial
  • Experience with game engines is beneficial (Unity, Unreal)

Pay Transparency - North America
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$122,300 - $170,700 CAD
* Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane) *$133,100 - $178,400 USD
Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
