What is in it for you?

We are looking for a Techno-Functional professional with strong Data and SQL background who can work as a Technical Product Owner / Business Systems Analyst (BSA). The candidate should have prior development or data analyst experience and be comfortable owning requirements, documentation, and stakeholder communication.


Job Description

  • Understand and analyze data and Data Warehouse (DWH) concepts
  • Strong experience in complex SQL (mandatory)
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
  • Write clear and detailed technical and functional documents
  • Convert business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Offshore BSA teams
  • Perform data analysis using SQL across multiple databases
  • Support and execute testing activities with QA and business partners
  • Take end-to-end ownership of assigned modules/features
  • Communicate effectively with business, technical, and QA teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Warehousing.
  • Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts
  • Excellent SQL skills, including complex query writing
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis
  • Techno-functional experience (ability to bridge business and technical teams)
  • Experience in preparing technical documentation
  • Strong ownership, communication, and coordination skills
