They are responsible for implementing game features, user interfaces, and interactive elements that players interact with directly. Unity Client Programmers work closely with designers, artists, and other developers to ensure that the game runs smoothly and meets design specifications. Job description

The opportunity
Unity's advertising business helps the world's leading app developers and advertisers grow, and our Client Partner team sits at the heart of it. Join us as a Senior Client Partner and you will work directly with executives at top partners, shaping their strategy and helping them reach measurable growth for both their business and Unity.
You will own both sides of the marketplace: Ad Sales for User Acquisition teams and Advertiser Monetization for publishers. On the advertiser side, you will help partners grow and optimize their User Acquisition investment. On the publisher side, you will help developers maximize revenue through Unity's monetization suite. This is an opportunity to build deep consultative partnerships, learn both the buy side and sell side of the mobile ads ecosystem, and grow with a collaborative, supportive team based in San Francisco.
What you'll be doing
  • Serving as the main point of contact for your partners: helping advertisers grow their advertising investment across the Unity and Tapjoy networks, and helping publishers grow monetization revenue through Unity Ads, LevelPlay, and the Tapjoy Offerwall
  • Owning a quarterly revenue quota tied to your book of business, building a strong pipeline to consistently reach and exceed it
  • Managing a book of roughly 10 to 15 accounts, prioritizing and tiering your time across them
  • Building trusted advisor relationships with key decision makers, including C-suite executives, and identifying and pitching growth opportunities with data-driven solutions tailored to their needs
  • Telling compelling stories with data, turning performance and opportunity into QBRs and strategic plans that prove Unity's value
  • Partnering with multi-functional teams across Performance Management, Finance, and Product to solve issues quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

What we're looking for
  • Experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, digital marketing, or mobile gaming
  • Experience working directly with advertisers, agencies, publishers, or clients
  • A track record of building trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives
  • A track record of managing multiple accounts, projects, and internal key decision makers simultaneously
  • Understanding of the advertising landscape across traditional and digital media
  • Ability to sell and propose creative technology solutions across a range of decision makers
  • Ability to work hybrid from Unity's San Francisco office three days per week

You might also have
  • Familiarity with mobile User Acquisition and/or app monetization (mediation, in-app bidding, ad formats)
  • Experience at a mobile ad network, DSP, or performance-marketing platform
  • Familiarity with the mobile gaming ecosystem
