**OnBase Technical Lead – Remote Contract Opportunity**

**Location:** Remote within the United States, with occasional travel to Harrisburg, PA

**Employment Type:** Long-Term Contract

**Interview Process:** Initial virtual interview via Microsoft Teams, with the possibility of an in-person interview in Harrisburg, PA

We are seeking an experienced **OnBase Technical Lead** to provide technical leadership for the design, development, enhancement, and support of enterprise OnBase applications. The ideal candidate will have advanced hands-on expertise in **Hyland OnBase WorkView and Workflow**, along with strong experience in OnBase configuration, administration, and application development.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead the design, development, and enhancement of existing OnBase applications.

* Configure, develop, and maintain **OnBase WorkView applications and Workflow processes**.

* Architect scalable and reliable OnBase solutions based on complex business requirements.

* Provide hands-on technical leadership throughout requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and production support.

* Perform OnBase system configuration and administration.

* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to OnBase applications.

* Develop and implement workflow, interface, and process strategies.

* Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

* Review application designs and recommend technical improvements.

* Guide and mentor development team members on OnBase tools, standards, and best practices.

* Participate in coding, unit testing, debugging, deployment, and application support activities.

* Provide accurate status updates and assist with issue, risk, and timeline management.
