The Opportunity

  • Must be a 3rd year of a 3-year program or a 4th year of a 4-year program to be eligible.
  • Current CA state license is a plus.
  • Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.
  • Providers will be cross credentialed to work at all United Health Care Centers.
  • Up to $50k sign-on bonus available for full-time after residency.

United Health Centers Milburn - Fresno, California

  • 4 rooms within the footprint of the Federally Qualified Health Center of UHC.
  • Facility hours at 12pm-9pm on weekdays and 9am-5:30pm on weekends.
  • Annual volume of approximately 8,000 patients.
  • Minor procedures including lacerations, I&D's, simple foreign body removal, Ear lavage, and simple tweezer/splinting.
  • Basic point of care testing including rapid strep, UTI, glucose, and COVID.
  • Pharmacy, labs, and imaging available on site or as referral to another UHC site.
  • This facility may qualify you for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
