You will be working in a hospital setting that is well-equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. • Conduct comprehensive patient examinations and meticulously review medical histories.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies, to inform your treatment approach.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute health concerns, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions.
• Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans for chronic conditions in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient care.
• Prescribe medications, monitor their efficacy, and make adjustments as needed while ensuring patient safety.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate medical records, including documentation of patient encounters and treatment plans, in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Educate patients and their families about various medical conditions, preventive health measures, and the importance of follow-up care.
• Actively promote health and wellness initiatives to the community, encouraging lifestyle changes that can enhance overall well-being.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying updated with the latest medical research and guidelines to refine your skills.

You will primarily engage with a diverse clientele in our urgent care setting. This includes patients of all ages who present with acute illnesses, injuries, and other medical conditions requiring immediate attention. Your role is crucial in reducing wait times and enhancing the patient experience through effective and empathetic care management.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
• A Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or an equivalent program.
• A valid Physician Assistant license issued by the state of Illinois.
• A current DEA number is mandatory for prescribing medications.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex medical information to patients and families.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple patient cases effectively.
• A desire to work within a team-oriented and performance-driven health system.

• Experience in urgent care or a similar fast-paced healthcare environment is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems to streamline patient documentation and communication.
• A history of engaging in continuous education and attending relevant conferences or workshops.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
