Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient examinations, including taking detailed medical histories and conducting physical assessments to evaluate patient health.

  • Diagnose and manage various acute medical conditions, developing treatment protocols that adhere to best practices and clinical guidelines.
  • Create and implement tailored treatment plans for patients with chronic diseases, ensuring ongoing monitoring and adjustments as necessary.
  • Prescribe medications, monitor their efficacy, and adjust dosages based on patient responses to therapy.
  • Maintain meticulous electronic health records (EHRs) to document patient care, treatment plans, and follow-up actions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, proper health practices, and new treatment options, ensuring they are fully informed and comfortable with their health decisions.
  • Engage in professional development activities, staying current with medical advancements and participating in relevant research initiatives.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physician Assistant in our Urgent Care department, you will serve a diverse patient population, including individuals of all ages experiencing a variety of acute conditions. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
