Position Overview

Freight Runners Express is seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedFlight Coordinator to support our growing air cargo and charter operations. We are a 24/7/365 operation.


**This is a 3rd-Shift position**

Days/Hours

  • Mon 9PM - Tue 5AM
  • Tue 9PM - Wed 5AM
  • Wed 9PM - Thu 5AM
  • Thu 9PM - Fri 5AM
  • Fri 9PM - Sat 5AM


This role is similar to positions such as dispatch coordinator, logistics coordinator, or operations specialist in other industries.If you thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly-and enjoy coordinating people, schedules, and real-time operations-this role could be a great fit.


You'll serve as a central hub of communication, ensuring flights are scheduled efficiently, customers are informed, and operations run smoothly from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule flights based on customer needs, aircraft availability, and crew schedules
  • Act as the primary point of contact between pilots, customers, maintenance teams, and internal departments
  • Monitor multiple communication channels (phone, email, internal systems) and prioritize tasks in real time
  • Track flight activity and proactively address delays, changes, or operational challenges
  • Provide timely updates and high-quality service to customers throughout the flight process
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service, including schedule adjustments or additional flight needs
  • Ensure all trip details are accurate, documented, and communicated clearly
  • Maintain detailed records of flight schedules, communications, and operational updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and keep operations running efficiently
