We are seeking a Senior Director of Operations to oversee and scale enterprise-level freight brokerage operations across multiple accounts and teams. This is a true executive-level opportunity designed for an operator who understands margin, execution, scalability, and accountability at scale.

You will oversee national freight operations across high-volume accounts, directly impacting service performance, gross profit, and operational efficiency.

What You Bring:
8+ years in direct freight brokerage operations (non-asset based required)

Spot bid & RFQ oversight experience at scale
Track record of building and leading high-performance operational teams
